Show Summary

Hilarity, Texas style! An over-the-top wedding, three feuding sisters and a church full of small-town eccentrics. What could possibly go wrong? In this fast-paced, laugh-a-minute comedy, the Futrelle sisters of Fayro, Texas – Frankie, Twink and their estranged sister, Honey Raye – pull off a wild family celebration.

The local town psychic who inadvertently sets the hysterical day into motion.

Wiley Hicks (40s)

Twink’s hesitant boyfriend of fifteen and a half years.

Patsy Price (50s)

How to Prepare for Your Audition

Whether you're a seasoned performer or stepping onto the stage for the very first time, we want your audition experience to be fun, welcoming, and stress-free.

For musicals, please prepare a song that best showcases your vocal range and bring your accompaniment track on your phone or other device - we'll have a Bluetooth speaker ready to use. You'll also learn a short dance combination during the audition, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing.  If you're interested in a specific role, you may be asked to sing additional selections, read from the script, or learn more choreography. All musical auditioners will participate in a cold reading, and some vocal auditions may be held privately with the casting team.

For non-musicals, no prepared monologue is required unless otherwise noted. The director will guide everyone through cold readings from the script, and some auditions may include a little improvisation depending on the production.

Most importantly, come ready to have fun, be yourself, and take a chance - we're excited to see what you bring to the stage!
